One lens was also popped out of the frame.Box was damaged and a lens was popped out when they arrived. Does not seem like a new product.These 580g glasses cracked while on my face straight out of the box. Costa refused to replace and instead made me submit a repair even though I contacted them the same day I received. It’s been 2 weeks already and when I ask for an update was told it would be 8 weeks before I could expect to get these glasses back. I ask for a refund and was told that they could only repair. I ask for a manager to call me and was told that was impossible that they are “fully digital”. Again this is for a brand new pair of their top tier glasses that was defective straight out of the box. Horrible customer service this time from costa. I will be going with Smith Optics moving forward.I bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband and he really likes them. Very good sunglasses and a good price for them.
