The Ghostbusters franchise has created fans worldwide who love to share their fandom with apparel including T-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, accessories, hats, pins, socks, and loungewear. Prove you ain't afraid of no ghost with Ghostbusters apparel from Ripple Junction! We're The Ghostbusters Peter Venkman “Back off man, I’m a scientist.” “Why worry? Each one of us is carrying an unlicensed nuclear accelerator on his back.” “He slimed me.” "24 hours a day, seven days a week. No job is too big, no fee is too big." “Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together… mass hysteria!” “Well, there’s something you don’t see every day.” "Ray has gone bye-bye, Egon. What have you got left?" “I love this plan! I’m excited to be a part of it! Let’s do it!” Ray Stantz "Listen... you smell something?" "He's an ugly little spud, isn't he?" "Gozer the Gozerian? Good evening. As a duly-designated representative of the City, County and State of New York, I order you to cease any and all supernatural activity and return forthwith to your place of origin, or to the nearest convenient parallel dimension." "I couldn't help it. It just popped in there." "....It's the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man." "1...2...3... Roast 'im!" "Funny, us going out like this: Killed by a 100-foot Marshmallow Man." Egon Spengler "I collect spores, molds, and fungus." "Don't cross the streams." "Try to imagine all life as you know it stopping instantaneously, and every molecule in your body exploding at the speed of light." "Let's say this Twinkie represents the normal amount of psychokinetic energy in the New York area. According to this morning's sample, it would be a Twinkie 35 feet long and weighing approximately 600 pounds." "Sorry, Venkman. I'm terrified beyond the capacity for rational thought." "Not necessarily. There's definitely a very slim chance we'll survive." Winston Zeddemore "Ah, if there's a steady paycheck in it, I'll believe anything you say." "That's a big Twinkie." "No offense, but I gotta get my own lawyer." "These things are real. Since I joined these men, I have seen s**t that'll turn you white!" "Ray, when someone asks you if you're a god, you say 'YES!'" "We have the tools, and we have the talent!" "This job is definitely not worth 11,500 a year." "I love this town!" Read more Equipment Ecto-1 Everybody can relax, Ray found the car. The Ecto-1 became synonymous with the Ghostbusters. Equipped with sirens and spacious enough to fit their proton packs, ghosts better watch out when they see the Ecto-1 coming. All it needed was some repairs to the suspension work, shocks, brakes, brake pads, lining.... steering box, transmission.... rear end, new rings, mufflers.... and a little wiring. Proton Pack Used for wrangling and entrapping ghosts, the Proton Pack is the only piece of technology in the world that can strip electrons away from protons. The Proton Pack consists of a particle accelerator and neutrona wand that allows the Ghostbusters to counteract and ensnare the negative energy of a ghost. One important rule, Don't. Cross. The. Streams. Whoa, whoa, whoa! Nice shootin', Tex! Ghost Trap The Ghost Trap is used to catch and temporary store ghosts until they can be placed into the Containment Unit. With the ability to suck in a ghost, the Ghostbusters use their proton packs to wrangle specters above the trap and let it do the rest. Whatever you do: Don't look directly into the trap! Although his antics were non-violent and simply involved eating food, they were forced to call in the Ghostbusters after guests starting asking questions. It was the first test for the Ghostbusters and resulted in collateral damage to the hotel. Despite the mess they made, they successfully captured it and charged a nominal fee for the service. Slimer would later escape when the protection grid for the Containment Unit was shut off and was seen raiding a hot dog cart. Zuul and Vinz Clortho Zuul and Vinz Clortho are demi-gods and loyal minions of Gozer. They assume the form of terror dogs and are the keys to Gozer entering a new world. Zuul is the Gatekeeper and possesses Dana Barret while Vinz Clortho is the Keymaster and possesses Louis Tully in order to open the gateway to this dimension. The two are able to couple and open the gateway when the Keymaster escapes the Ghostbusters after the massive explosion at their station. After Gozer is defeated by the Ghostbusters, it looks as if Dana and Louis were burnt to a crisp, but they are able to climb out from the smoldering debris. Gozer The Gozerian Gozer is an ancient, ultra-powerful entity from another dimension who was summoned to New York City to destroy the world. Also known as "The Destructor" and "The Traveler," Gozer visits and conquers multiple worlds. The God would gain access to a world through the coupling of two demi-god minions, Zuul the Gatekeeper and Vinz Clortho the Keymaster. Ivo Shandor revitalized the Cult of Gozer in the 1920s and designed the apartment building to be a super conductor for spiritual turbulence and a gateway for Gozer's arrival. Gozer's signature is allowing a hero from the world to "Choose the form of the Destructor." Stay Puft Marshmallow Man "The choice is made! The Traveler has come!" Gozer proclaims after the Ghostbusters emptied their minds.... except Ray: "I couldn't help it. It just popped in there." Thinking of something he loved from his childhood that could never destroy them, Ray manifested a 100 foot Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. The Ghostbusters tried to roast him with their proton packs but that, literally, backfired on them. With only one option left, they crossed the streams onto the Temple of Gozer to reverse the particle flow and successfully dispatched Gozer from this dimension while turning everything below into a sticky, marshmallow mess.
